Early Head Start Programs (EHS)
Comprehensive Services for Families Across Montana
Our Early Head Start programs provide essential support to families with infants and toddlers, preparing them for a successful future through a focus on health, education, and development. Our staff support the whole family, respecting the parent(s) as the first and most important teacher of their children.

Center-Based Services
Our no-cost-to-families services for qualified families include:
- Nutritious meals through the Child and Adult Care Food Program
- Parent involvement opportunities for to support their child’s development
- Supportive staff available to help with community resources
- Classroom services for children with diagnosed developmental delays or at risk of a delay
- Full day, full year classroom hours (10 hours day), Monday – Friday
- Part day, full year classroom hours (7 hours day), Monday – Thursday
- Diapers, formula and wipes supplied by EHS
- Family leadership opportunities
- Child Care Partnerships with local child care providers – EHS services provides in these select facilities.
