Youth Case Management: Youth Case Management Services offer families, children and youth needed assistance to coordinate and obtain other community resources and services that will enhance the child's or youth's ability to remain with family and to participate fully in the community. The case manager also helps to empower parents to effectively advocate for their children and to use their own strengths and natural supports to accomplish goals.

Family Support Services:
Family Support Services offer families parenting education, skill building activities for children and youth, one-to-one therapeutic aides, counseling, children and youth groups, and respite. Services are individually designed by the family and their intervention team (a clinician, treatment specialist, treatment technician, and other community-based professionals) and implemented through a strength-based action plan. Services are provided in the family's home and in the community, as needed, seven days a week. Emergency program support is available 24 hours a day.

Therapeutic Foster Care:
Therapeutic Foster Care offers daily care and residential services in a therapeutic environment for children and youth. The foster parents are professional caregivers who provide individualized supports for children or youth residing in their home based on a strength-based action plan.
In addition, a clinician, a treatment specialist, and a treatment technician provide support to the child or youth and the foster parents as the action plan is implemented.

| Work Services:
Most of the adults we serve are actively involved in work services. A.W.A.R.E.s Work Services Center provides a range of programs from work readiness, job skill training and production, and individuals are paid according to their efforts. The goal is to prepare individuals for supported or competitive employment. Work services currently revolve around A.W.A.R.E. recycling, mobile work crews, and enclaves.
