quality community-based services to persons with needs that will
ensure that these individuals achieve maximum independence, productivity
and integration into the community.
A.W.A.R.E. believes that emphasis should be placed on each individual’s potential for personal development, and programs are designed with that focus in mind.

| A.W.A.R.E.’s professional staff provides a wide array of services including:
- Residential and training services for adults with developmental disabilities. Among these are:
- group home living
- supported independent living
- supported employment
- center-based employment
- Case management services for adults with developmental disabilities
- Group homes for children needing personal attention and individualized treatment for serious emotional disturbances
- Case management services for children needing mental health treatment
- Other youth treatment support services such as family support, transitional living and treatment foster homes
- Special employment services for the chronically unemployed
- Specialized transportation tailored to the needs of those being served
- Montana Home Choice Coalition services
