Sara serves as the Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) for AWARE’s Helena PACT Team, working alongside an integrated team of case managers, nurses, therapists, and peer support specialists to provide holistic, community based care. She conducts psychiatric assessments and diagnostic evaluations, provides medication management, and partners with clients to create individualized treatment plans grounded in evidence based practice and functional stability.

With eight years of experience as a psychiatric registered nurse and advanced practice training as a PMHNP, Sara has supported individuals across a wide range of needs and acuity levels. She is especially committed to improving access to care and helping people build sustainable skills that support long term stability.

Sara earned her Master of Science in Nursing as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from Walden University. She believes mental health care works best when it is collaborative and realistic, focused on what helps clients feel better and function better in daily life.
