Callie oversees nursing operations at AWARE, providing strategic and clinical leadership to ensure high quality, patient centered care. She supports and advances initiatives that promote recovery focused, dignified care in alignment with AWARE’s mission. She also mentors nursing staff, fosters collaborative and supportive work environments, and ensures evidence based practices guide patient care across the organization.

With seven years of nursing experience, including six years in mental health and substance use care, she has led multidisciplinary teams, developed programs to improve patient outcomes, and consistently advocates for high quality care that meets the needs of vulnerable populations.

A graduate of the University of Montana, she is continuing her education in a Master of Nursing program, reflecting her commitment to lifelong learning and professional growth.

Outside of work, she enjoys staying active through recreational sports, traveling, and supporting her daughter at athletic events across the state.
