Clayton joined AWARE in August 2021 and holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Service Management. Prior to joining AWARE, he worked extensively with children and adolescents with Severe Emotional Disturbance and their families. His career also includes three years as a social worker at Montana State Hospital, followed by four years as the Admissions/Discharge Coordinator.

In his current role as Case Management Service Director at AWARE, Clayton oversees the SDMI Waiver, Adult Case Management, and 0208 DD Targeted Case Management programs—leading a team of 75 professionals who serve more than 2,800 Montanans each year.
