Bryon began his career at AWARE as a TST in group homes, gaining firsthand experience supporting individuals and teams. Over time, he progressed through a variety of roles—including project management, business planning, and development—building a strong foundation in collaboration, systems, and continuous improvement. This journey has shaped Bryon into a nonprofit operations leader, always guided by AWARE’s mission and values.

Today, Bryon serves as a strategic partner to the CEO and Executive Team, facilitating strategic planning, project management, and special initiatives. In this role, he strengthens communication and accountability across service lines, helping turn vision into action and advancing AWARE’s mission across the organization.

Outside of work, Bryon enjoys spending time with family, being outdoors, and sharing a great cup of coffee.
