Highlights from Back to School with the Pack and Tuesday Nonprofit Night at the PaddleHeads Stadium!
Back to School with the Pack
Friday, August 22nd, AWARE’s Center for Excellence team opened their doors from 11 am -2 pm to the community for the 4th annual Back to School with the Pack backpack and school supplies giveaway event.

This free event open to the public consisted of backpacks, school supplies, delicious food and refreshments, face painting by Anaconda’s very own Key Club, bounce house, raffle prizes, games, and amazing community partner tables.
AWARE hosted 8 internal and external community partners: AWARE’s FACT team, AWARE’s Early Head Start team, AWARE’s Liberty Place team, Brain Injury Alliance of Montana, Family to Family, Butte 4 C’s, Child Bridge, and ADLC. We are so thankful for their support and passion for providing resources and care to our community members.
We want to thank our amazing community sponsors: Community Hospital of Anaconda, Thrifty Drug, and Valley Bank of Anaconda for helping make this day such a success.

Tuesday Nonprofit Night at the PaddleHeads Stadium
AWARE is so thankful to partner with Missoula’s PaddleHeads team for the second year at their nonprofit night FUNdraising. Every ticket purchased through AWARE’s link for the game on Tuesday, August 26th against the Grand Junction Jackalopes, the PaddleHeads donated 100% of the proceeds back to AWARE
It was amazing to see staff, clients, and friends fill the stands and support AWARE while enjoying a night at the ballpark.
