Another Successful Golf Scramble In The Books

On September 27, AWARE hosted our annual charity golf scramble at the Missoula Country Club. It was a typical fall day in Montana with some sunshine and rain sprinkled throughout the afternoon. Despite moments of rain, it was an incredible day, made great by everyone who golfed, volunteered and sponsored the event.
2023 was the second year AWARE partnered with the Missoula Country Club to host this event, after a hiatus caused by the pandemic. This friendly scramble served to raise awareness for the work our team does, foster old and build new relationships, and raise a few dollars to support our mission. With the final numbers yet to be calculated, it is shaping up to be a record-setting scramble. All proceeds from the event will directly support helping people live independent lives.
