AWARE Health & Wellness Package Includes Two Additional Benefits

AWARE recognizes that benefits are an important part of a total compensation package and is proud to offer an excellent benefits package that includes paid vacation, personal and sick leave, health insurance, retirement and annual raises.

AWARE is thrilled to announce two additional health and wellness benefits for team members with both the “It Starts with Me” and “Healthy is Wellness” programs.

  • First, the It Starts with Me Health screening includes:

  • Comprehensive Metabolic Panel (CMP)

  • GGT

  • Hemoglobin A1C

  • Iron

  • Lipid Panel

  • Thyroid Stimulating Hormone (TSH)

  • Uric Acid

  • Blood Pressure & Other Vital Signs

  • Body Mass Index (BMI)

  • Personal Health Report

  • Easy-to-Read Lab Report

  • Healthy Is Wellness screenings promote small changes resulting in big impacts and well-being at work.

  • Healthy is Wellness has a mission to empower individuals to take control of their health, and therefore, to take control of their lives.

  • AWARE employees are offered the opportunity to receive medical-grade feedback, work on achievable goals and get one-on-one coaching to support goals.

To make these opportunities accessible to employees around the state, screenings will be scheduled in Anaconda, Billings, Butte, Belgrade/Bozeman, Great Falls, Helena and Missoula throughout the year.

Both of these wellness programs are designed to support employees in finding wellness at the workplace and in their lives, oftentimes catching health issues before they become bigger problems down the road.
