On February 23, Rotary Electric and AWARE joined forces for a late Mardi Gras themed fundraiser – ‘Tardi Gras.’ The event was a huge success and we had so much fun!
2024 was the third year that Rotary Electric has hosted this great event, aimed to unite the community in support of a cause that positively impacts the lives of people in Great Falls.
While the final numbers are still being tallied, things are shaping up to put AWARE in an excellent position to create safe play spaces for all in Great Falls. These spaces will vary depending on the needs of the clients. Funds raised at the Tardi Gras event will help purchase sensory tools, equipment and furniture, and access to recreational activities. All of this is intended to provide safe and comfortable spaces and activities for people to self-regulate, practice mindfulness and better manage their needs at any given time as they work toward their goals of independence. “On behalf of our entire team and the people we serve, thank you to Rotary Electric, all the volunteers and all the sponsors of the event. We are honored to be the beneficiaries and grateful for the support. This event is a prime example of the power of teamwork. Your generosity will make a big difference in the lives of the people we serve,” Brynn Molloy, director of development & marketing for AWARE, said.

The essence of hospice care lies in its ability to wrap patients in comfort, manage pain and symptoms, and allow them to live their final days with dignity in the familiar surroundings of their choice. This care approach emphasizes not the end, but the quality of the journey's conclusion, ensuring that it's handled with grace, respect, and profound sensitivity.
