We are excited to share important updates regarding crisis stabilization services in Flathead and Lake counties. Both counties will soon be on track for a powerful re-opening of an essential facility. Shaped not only by necessity, but by the unwavering commitment of our communities to support individuals and families in their most vulnerable moments. 

At the heart of this restart is the deep-rooted spirit of collaboration. In Flathead County, the Mobile Support Team has exemplified what’s possible when agencies, providers, and community members work side by side.  

Meanwhile, in Lake County, a strong and evolving partnership with the Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribes and local county commissioners has been instrumental in designing care that reflects the unique needs and strengths of the local population.  

These partnerships are not only essential, they are transformative. Together, we are building a healthcare system that emphasizes each client’s needs—centering dignity and wrap-around supports from the very first moment of crisis through to stability and beyond.. This is not just about reopening doors, it’s about reimagining how we care for one another. 

Success Spotlight: Glacier House Set to Open in Flathead County 

One shining example of this momentum is the upcoming opening of Glacier House, in Flathead County. Thanks to opioid abatement funding, this facility will significantly expand our capacity to provide integrated care for individuals facing both mental health crises and substance use challenges. 

This isn’t just about growth — it’s about meeting a rising and urgent need with compassion, innovation, and an unshakable commitment to doing what’s right. By expanding service lines and creating a space where clients can receive co-occurring treatment, Glacier House reflects the next step in an approach that puts people at the center.
