The Porphyry Home in Butte offers 24-hour nursing care and specialized support for individuals with developmental disabilities and primary medical diagnoses.
To qualify for AWARE’s housing navigation support, individuals must:
- Complete the AWARE referral and intake process
- Have a qualifying mental health diagnosis
