For over 50 years, AWARE has been Montana’s trusted partner in mental health care.
Our psychiatric services include:

Psychiatric services are available to people of all ages across Montana, including children and adolescents. Care may be provided in person or through telepsychiatry, based on age, location and provider availability.

Telepsychiatry & In-Person Care
Flexible Care, Wherever You Are
AWARE strives to meet each person’s needs locally and in person. In-person services are available for most patients at most offices, depending on age and provider availability. AWARE is continuing to hire providers and expand in-person access. Telepsychiatry may be offered for convenience or when a local office cannot meet a specific need, including connecting younger children with a Montana-based child and adolescent psychiatrist, as directed by the provider:

- In-Person Services: Available for most patients at most offices, including Helena, Belgrade, Billings, Great Falls, Missoula, and Anaconda; availability varies by age and provider.
Medication treatment for opioid use disorder, including buprenorphine, is currently available through AWARE in Missoula only. People seeking this service outside Missoula will be referred to a local partner.
