Colleen Bosch joined AWARE in 2015 as the Early Head Start Director and became the Early Childhood Services Director in 2021. She holds a BS in Human Services and has over 30 years of experience in the early childhood field. Colleen is passionate about creating opportunities for families to achieve self-sufficiency and children’s school readiness. She is also active in numerous early childhood coalitions and planning committees across the state.
