Cory leads AWARE’s Integration Coordination service line, helping align services across the organization by standardizing processes, strengthening internal communication, and supporting cross department collaboration. His role focuses on developing integration strategies, managing special projects, supporting executive initiatives, and using data to guide resource optimization, operational efficiency, and system integration.

A healthcare professional and Licensed Practical Nurse, Cory brings nearly 20 years of experience across community mental health, developmental disabilities, behavioral health nursing, and healthcare operations. He earned his practical nursing degree through UPMC St. Margaret’s School of Practical Nursing and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Social Work at the University of Montana.
