Francine Cooper is the Chief Financial Officer at AWARE, a position she has held since 2021. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Colorado State University in 2008 and went on to achieve her Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation in 2012, which she continues to maintain.

Francine began her career in public accounting, gaining over 12 years of experience working with a diverse range of clients before transitioning to AWARE. As CFO, she leads the agency’s strategic financial direction, collaborating across service lines to manage budgets effectively and setting the course for sustainable future growth.

Outside of work, Francine enjoys spending time outdoors—whether fly fishing or honing her golf skills on the course.
