AWARE is excited to announce that we have partnered with Developmental Disabilities Program (DDP) and will be hosting a six-part training series on Targeted Case Management from May to October.
The training will be provided to both AWARE and state case managers. The trainings will cover a variety of topics and will be presented by AWARE staff. The training request from DDP comes in recognition of the long history that AWARE has as a provider of excellent quality case management services across the great state of Montana.
We are extremely honored and proud to be recognized as a leader of case management services in our industry and grateful for the opportunity to partner with DDP to make this training possible.
