AWARE hosted its 2nd annual clinical leadership summit October 18-19 in Helena, Montana. The theme of the summit was “Inspire Montana: Courage as Big as the Sky.” The summit beckoned individuals who are passionate about enhancing their clinical practice, fostering advocacy, and fortifying resilience.
Over the course of the two-day summit, attendees were invited and encouraged to open their minds to the opportunity to be inspired and to grow personally and professionally by focusing on the moment, thinking intimately about their work, and challenging themselves and others to be courageous in their impact.
The lineup of speakers was nothing short of spectacular. Each of the speakers was incredible and the sessions were informational, educational, and inspirational.
The keynote speakers at the 2023 summit joined us from the Holistic Life Foundation. This team cultivated mindfulness and connection. They taught participants how to empower the communities they work with WHILE practicing what they teach – all to support longevity and fulfillment in the work we do. To put it simply, they knocked it out of the park.
As an organization, we are excited to pursue next steps to carry the inspiration and learning that took place at the clinical leadership summit into the future, shaping how we support our employees and the people we serve.
