2025 AWARE Cash Calendar

AWARE Day, inspired by our Corporate Congress, is a time to celebrate our clients and staff, engage with our communities, and raise awareness, friends, and funds for our mission. Mark your calendar and join us to share stories, connect with others, and support our vital services. 

Ways to Get Involved: 

• Connect with us to volunteer at AWARE on AWARE Day.  

• Donate to one of our food drives in Anaconda, Billings, Butte, Great Falls, Helena and Missoula. We will then donate the food to our local food banks when we volunteer on AWARE Day! 

• Donate to support our mission. 

• Subscribe to AWARE Ink and follow us on social media for updates More info to come—stay tuned! 

• Follow along on our social media pages where we regularly share great stories, exciting news and ways to join the team.  

• Finally, as part of our AWARE Day festivities, we are excited to launch our first ever AWARE Day Cash Calendar Fundraiser. Each calendar purchase offers a chance to win cash prizes while supporting our Best Day Ever Fund—a program that brings joy through meaningful activities and experiences. 

 

Want to learn more about our Cash Calendar Fundraiser? 

What is it?  

• The goal for launching AWARE Cash Calendar fundraiser is to raise awareness and funds for our mission and the work we do.  

• We want to connect with groups we may not usually be able to and share in the excitement of AWARE Day!  

When will calendars be sold?  

• February 18th to March 31st or sold out – whichever comes first (Only 2,000 available!)

Where will calendars be sold?  

• AWARE Cash Calendars will be available to purchase at AWARE’s main offices in Anaconda, Billings, Butte, Great Falls, Helena and Missoula.

How much are they and what are the prizes?  

• AWARE Cash Calendars will be sold for $20 per calendar.   

• Each day in April, a winner will be drawn and will be awarded the prize listed for that day. Check out the AMAZING cash prizes on the attached calendar.  

  
  

What methods of payment are accepted?  

• Payment for Cash Calendars will go AWARE’s Venmo: (@We-are-AWARE) 

• Cash or check purchases may be made through our Shared Resource Center in Anaconda. 

• NO card sales permitted.  

• Must be 18 or older to purchase. 

  
  

Who benefits from the proceeds? 

• All proceeds from AWARE’s Cash Calendar fundraiser will directly benefit the people we serve via AWARE’s Best Day Ever fund.
