Since 2012, Trish has been an integral part of our team, bringing not only her expertise but also her vibrant personality to the table. With a preference for face-to-face interactions, Trish is often found meeting clients at local coffee shops, adding a personal touch to her work. 

Working alongside her loyal four-legged companion, Missoula, from the comfort of her home office, Trish's commitment to AWARE's Unconditional Care (UCC) Principles is unwavering. She wholeheartedly believes in the power of teamwork, the importance of laughter, and the value of facing challenges head-on. 

Recently, Trish played a pivotal role in the successful placement of two clients as roommates at ORI and another client at Mission Mountain. But her contributions extend beyond mere placements. Trish invests time and effort in building relationships with landlords and maintenance staff, ensuring that our clients' transitions are smooth and supported. 

One such example is a client who was working on communication skills and transitioned to a retirement living facility. Thanks to Trish's dedication, not only was the transition seamless, but she also forged connections that continue to benefit the client's journey toward independence. 

Trish serves as the primary point of contact for our clients, bridging the gap between them and the resources they need. Her commitment to communication and advocacy is unparalleled, making her an invaluable asset to our organization and those we serve.
